I earned my MFA in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. In my various lives, I've worked as a clerk, a factory technician, a university lecturer, a cashier, a secretary, a retail manager, and coroner's assistant.
My most recent novel, SQUIRREL GIRL UNIVERSE, a Marvel Heroines novel, was published in August, 2022. Previous Marvel novels include THE SIEGE OF X-41, DOMINO: STRAYS, and OUTLAW: RELENTLESS. My debut novel QUIETUS, a genre-warping blend of historical fiction and space opera set during the Black Death, and its sequel TERMINUS, were published by Angry Robot Books March.
